Sundance Celina is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Timberland Partners in Celina, TX. You will handle day-to-day maintenance, unit turns, and preventative upkeep to provide residents with a high-quality living experience.

The role requires 2+ years in residential maintenance, an EPA HVAC license, and ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating on-call shifts and on-call stipends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer.
• Experience with turnover “make-ready” of apartments.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Ready to join Team Timberland? Sundance Celina is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 261-unit property in Celina, TX. You’ll play a key role in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents by taking ownership of general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $24.00/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service.
