Job summary

Timberland Partners in Lake Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our 156-unit community, Solstice. You will handle general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to ensure a quality living experience.

You will respond to resident work requests, maintain curb appeal, perform make-readies and on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule, while following safety procedures and preserving property value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance preferred.
• HVAC maintenance and repair experience is essential.
• EPA universal HVAC license required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Able to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work requests with timely, high-quality results.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues across the property.
• Execute make-readies, repairs, and final checks for new residents.
• Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule.
• Follow safety procedures and protect residents and teammates.
