Job summary

Orbach Affordable Management in Lock Haven, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 150-unit affordable housing community. This hands-on role focuses on keeping residents' living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming while handling custodial, janitorial, and basic maintenance tasks.

You will complete daily work orders, maintain common areas, assist with vacancy prep, and support the maintenance team. Strong safety focus and reliable communication with staff and residents are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in common areas, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs and filters, adjusting thermostats)
• Assist with apartment make-readies and vacancy prep
• Support the maintenance team with other assigned tasks
