Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the Vintage Desert Rose community in Las Vegas, NV. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires flexible hours with possible overtime, including weekends for emergencies.

The salary ranges from $27 to $28 per hour, and the supervisor must reside on-site in an accompanying two-bedroom apartment provided at no charge. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment settings.
• Supervisory experience and ability to train and support staff.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel for reports and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the community and ensure timely work orders completion.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members and curb appeal.
• Maintain safety standards and coordinate with Community Manager on repairs.
• Schedule periodic maintenance, manage inventory and vendor tasks, and ensure compliance.
