Job summary

Elliron Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our San Marcos, TX community. This on-site role leads the maintenance team, schedules tasks, and coordinates with onsite management to keep the property in top condition.

Responsibilities include routine and emergency maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, plus safety checks, inventory management, and vendor coordination to ensure a safe and well-maintained community for residents.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in residential or multifamily settings.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and scheduling.
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Basic computer skills for work order systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule the maintenance team; assign work orders.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Conduct property walks; monitor safety and compliance standards.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies; ensure timely repairs.
• Coordinate with onsite management and vendors for a well-kept community.
