Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at our Connell, WA site and support cross-location operations. You will drive safety, reliability, and efficiency by managing a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians, planning preventive and predictive maintenance, and coordinating capital projects.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Experience with large-scale capital projects or maintenance programs
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Drive a safe work culture and ensure site safety programs compliance
• Schedule and execute maintenance activities including preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance
• Maintain records and reports such as capital forecasting and schedules
• Implement maintenance metrics to improve efficiency and reliability
• Coordinate with teams to build capital plans and prioritize initiatives
• Coach and develop the maintenance team in line with company values
• Manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects using lean tools
• Oversee vendor and contractor management including safety and budget oversight
• Other duties as assigned
