Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance or property management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• HVAC/EPA certification required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Highly organized, proactive and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of property maintenance with focus on quality and timely completion.
• Lead, train and motivate the maintenance team to meet standards and respond to requests.
• Diagnose and fix HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry and appliances.
• Inspect new units and vacancies to determine make-ready needs and ensure quality turns.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
