The candidate should have at least 5 years of related maintenance experience, strong leadership, and hands‑on expertise in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Strong communication and safety management skills.
• Operational knowledge of small hand and electrical tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and schedule daily activities, turns, and service requests.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; enforce safety practices.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Maintain budget for the department and ensure cost-effective decisions.
• Apply preventive maintenance to protect long-term property assets.
• Respond to emergency calls and after-hours assignments.
