Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service requests and work orders; ensure timely completion.
• Lead and schedule maintenance technicians and porters; provide coaching.
• Ensure OSHA and local regulations compliance; maintain logs and inspections.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and adherence to budgets.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and coordinate 24-hour coverage.
