Live Bryten in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site team and ensure residents experience safe, well-maintained surroundings. You will oversee maintenance operations, schedule work, train staff, and coordinate with vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in building or property maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, relevant certifications, and strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training required.
• Three or more years of building, facilities, apartment, or property maintenance experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team.
• Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee apartment make-readies and occupancy readiness.
• Perform and supervise repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and building systems.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inventories.
