Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Saddleview Apartments & West Village at Four Points in Bozeman, MT. You will lead the maintenance team, manage inspections, unit turns, vendors, and capital projects, partnering with the Community Manager to keep the property safe and ready for residents.

We offer $32–$34 per hour with bonuses, a signing bonus, zero-cost employee medical plan, 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in property maintenance, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers.
• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections; enforce safety standards.
• Manage make-ready schedules, unit turns, and vendor relationships; participate in CapEx planning.
