Job summary

Roundhouse Communities LLC in Silverbrook, MT is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, run inspections, unit turns, and oversee capital projects. The role offers a zero-cost health plan, 401(k) match, and employee housing discount.

On-site, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with on-call rotation. You will partner with the Community Manager to keep properties safe and resident-ready, maintain budgets and records, and manage vendor relationships for CapEx planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments, training, and quality control.
• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections, including code compliance.
• Manage make-ready schedules, unit turns, and inspections.
• Lead capital and renovation projects with the Facilities Manager on time and on budget.
• Monitor budgets, approve purchases, and manage inventory.
