Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Troy, AL to lead daily maintenance operations and a team of staff and vendors. The role focuses on safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service for residents and the community.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, manage work orders, and ensure make‑ready readiness while maintaining records and supporting the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certifications required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to use on-site software applications; basic computer skills needed.
• Must understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Attend to preventative maintenance and safety compliance.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily.
• Manage inventory and budgeting for maintenance supplies.
