Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations of the community in Arvada, Colorado. Responsibilities include overseeing service requests, preventative maintenance, and personnel management. Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Work alongside the Community Manager to oversee activities of assigned staff.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests and preventive maintenance.
