Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor for our growing coffee manufacturing operation in Lenoir City, TN. You will lead maintenance staff, troubleshoot production and facility equipment, and build a reliable maintenance program as we install a new highly automated single-serve coffee line.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of LOTO and safety practices.
• Experience leading maintenance staff.
• Experience with budgeting and maintenance processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and plant engineering activities.
• Lead maintenance staff while troubleshooting equipment.
• Set up maintenance tracking and PM schedules.
• Coordinate equipment installation and capital projects with engineering and contractors.
• Develop SOPs and standard work instructions.
• Coordinate sanitation scheduling and safety training.
• Manage maintenance budget and spare parts inventory.
• Report to the Operations Manager and manage staffing and priorities.
