Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our expanding coffee manufacturing facility in Lenoir City, Tennessee. The role covers corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

The position is a Direct Hire with 2–3 immediate openings. You will work on packaging lines, roasters, conveyors, and related equipment, collaborating with teams to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and packaging lines.
Basic electrical troubleshooting; reading schematics/diagrams.
Familiar with PLC I/O and HMI/PLC systems.
Able to read schematics and diagnose failures.

Responsabilidades

Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and building systems.
Diagnose and repair gearboxes, motors, vacuum pumps, blowers, roasters, grinders, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
Provide basic maintenance support for compressors and HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot pneumatic systems, valves, and dust extraction equipment.
Support automated packaging equipment, including baggers, fillers, and sealers.
Diagnose PLC/HMI signals and I/O issues; troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults.
Maintain production scales, load cells, and batching systems.
Assemble/disassemble machinery and interpret schematics; assist with installation and plant expansion projects.
