7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
3 years of manufacturing/maintenance leadership.
4 year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to maximize equipment, labor, and time efficiency.
Develop mechanics, operators, and colleagues in safety, food safety, GMPs, and operations performance.
Ensure 100% PM/Work Order compliance with planners and maintenance team.
Coordinate with department leadership on initiatives affecting performance.
Lead continuous improvement groups and meetings.
Oversee equipment rebuilds, repairs, and PM tasks.
Ensure proper CMMS usage and complete work records.
