Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years Maintenance General Foreman level or higher experience in heavy industry.
• Minimum 2+ years management of the maintenance scheduling and work flow function.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety performance of the Maintenance Department.
• Promote and comply with Safety & Health policies.
• Develop maintenance strategy objectives and ensure they are met.
• Complete performance evaluation reviews for direct reports.
• Recruit for Maintenance positions and ensure succession planning.
