Dayrise Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Service Manager in Frisco, TX. This role supports the Service Manager, oversees daily maintenance operations, and coordinates vendors to keep the community safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents and team members.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC and CPO certifications, 1-3 years of property management experience, and the ability to access all apartment homes and community areas. Flexibility for on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• CPO certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Property Management.
• Must be able to access all apartment homes and parts of the community to show homes and inspect areas.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager in maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the community.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate inventory, vendors, and service requests to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.
