Job summary
Lubrizol Corporation in Avon Lake, OH is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to drive safe, reliable maintenance execution. You will coordinate people, resources and priorities to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime, partnering with operations, reliability, and engineering teams across the site.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five or more years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience coordinating maintenance activities and reliability initiatives.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and process diagrams.
- Proficiency with SAP maintenance systems and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute maintenance safely and in compliance with site rules.
- Coordinate and prioritize work to improve reliability and uptime.
- Identify recurring issues and support RCA investigations.
- Monitor OAU and OEE metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop daily/weekly maintenance schedules and provide guidance to technicians.
- Support capital projects and coordinate external contractors as needed.
