Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation in Deer Park, TX is seeking a Maintenance Support Leader to drive safe, reliable maintenance operations at the site. You will own the work execution process, lead maintenance staff, storeroom operations, and contractor resources to maximize equipment reliability and site availability.

You will set KPIs, coach teams, oversee central stores, coordinate with project managers, and partner with operations and reliability teams to optimize costs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• Experience utilizing CMMS such as SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent systems.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership in health, safety, environmental, and security programs.
• Lead maintenance work execution to ensure safe, efficient, compliant operations.
• Coach and develop team members for performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee storeroom operations, inventory management, and contractor resources.
• Partner with Maintenance Project Manager to support capital and maintenance projects.
• Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs to drive effectiveness and cost management.
