As a Maintenance Technician at Collective, you will serve as the on-site expert responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all building systems while ensuring a high standard of property performance.

This hands-on role requires strong experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, with the ability to priority work orders and manage

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to take ownership of a property's maintenance operations.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Execute apartment turns to meet move-in deadlines and quality standards.
• Prioritize, complete, and close out service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and ensure consistent execution.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors as needed.
• Maintain organized shop, inventory, and supply levels.
• Ensure property interior and exterior maintain a clean, safe, and high-quality appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners.
• Build Collective brand loyalty by striving to ensure resident interaction is positive.
• Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing Laws.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
