Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support our facilities in Kennesaw and Smyrna, GA. You will own the CMMS-driven maintenance planning and scheduling function, drive reliability improvements, and ensure food safety and quality in a fast-paced dessert production environment.

You will lead maintenance standard work, manage spare parts, and coordinate with the maintenance manager to implement 30/60/90 day action plans, all while adhering to SQF, HACCP and GMP practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Master Data and CMMS systems.
• Mechanical and Electrical experience.
• Experience leading RCA processes.
• Knowledge of component failure modes and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to coach maintenance teams on standards.
• Record maintenance activity in CMMS and follow procedures.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to overtime.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling system and CMMS data.
• Lead standard work practices for reliability and availability.
• Publish weekly maintenance plan and 30/90 day actions.
• Support PM program to reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Ensure safety, quality (SQF/HACCP/GMP) compliance.
• Maintain asset data, BOMs, PMS and spare parts.
• Collaborate with Maintenance manager on metrics.
