Job summary

Dessert Holdings Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Aurora, CO facility to own the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling system, driving reliability improvements and productivity.

You will lead CMMS data, standard work, and collaborate with the plant leadership to support and implement change with focus on uptime. The role emphasizes food safety and quality, with a typical annual salary in the $70k–$85k range plus medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation, holidays, and retirement

Qualifications

• 3+ industrial Mechanical experience or two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Must complete HACCP Certification successfully.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the CMMS data, asset records, and PM schedules.
• Lead RCA processes and drive maintenance standard work across the plant.
• Support daily direction setting meetings to improve reliability and uptime.
• Manage spare parts levels and safety stock aligned with maintenance strategies.
• Develop weekly maintenance work plans and coordinate with the maintenance manager.
• Ensure food safety and quality practices (SQF/HACCP) are applied.
