Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Maintenance Facility Planner in Conyers, GA to plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and optimize asset performance. You'll track PM compliance, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and drive cost-effective maintenance programs.

The role focuses on reliability, safety, and efficient operation of facilities and equipment within the production environment, with emphasis on budget adherence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Experience with inventory control and financial systems.
• Understanding of order processing concepts and techniques.
• Knowledge of management concepts and techniques for coordinating activities.
• Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Plan and schedule weekly facilities and maintenance work orders.
• Monitor PM compliance and performance metrics; propose corrective actions.
• Assist with pre-kitting and staging of parts for planned work orders.
• Maintain accurate entry of assets in D365 and update BOMs and PO processes.
• Review invoices and ensure alignment with POs and completed work.
• Coordinate with vendors, MRO, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide weekly/monthly work order analysis and KPI reports.
