Job summary

Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is seeking a Maintenance Planner to own the maintenance, planning and scheduling system within our food manufacturing facility. You will be part of the operations leadership team driving change management and productivity improvements to ensure reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities include creating weekly maintenance work plans, managing spare parts and CMMS data, and supporting the Preventative Maintenance program to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Maintenance planning and scheduling experience in a plant setting.
• Experience with CMMS and master data management.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP and GMP is advantageous for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages the CMMS data and maintenance plans.
• Creates and publish weekly maintenance work plans.
• Drives reliability improvements and reduces downtime through proactive maintenance.
• Reviews and validates work orders ensuring Safety, Materials, People, Tools, When, Where are included.
• Oversees spare parts processes and safety stock levels.
• Partners with Maintenance manager on 30/90 day actions to meet key metrics.
