Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support our facilities in Kennesaw and Smyrna, GA. You will own the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling system and lead standard work across the plant to improve reliability and uptime.

Join the operations leadership team to drive productivity improvements, manage spare parts and CMMS data, and ensure food safety and quality through HACCP, SQF and GMP practices. Some overtime possibly required.

Qualifications

• 3+ industrial mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must be able to successfully complete HACCP Certification.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the MP&S program within CMMS, ensuring data integrity.
• Reviews work orders to ensure safety, materials, and tools are included.
• Drives reliability improvements and reduces downtime through planning and scheduling.
• Publishes weekly maintenance work plan and coordinates 30/90 day actions.
• Ensures alignment with SQF, HACCP, GMP and Dessert Holdings standards.
