Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Maintenance Operations Planner to support a high-volume manufacturing site in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime and support production objectives.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, prioritizing work orders, coordinating labor and parts, and tracking maintenance performance to identify improvements. Strong CMMS/EAM experience and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems (Maximo preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, equipment records, and work instructions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-range maintenance schedules.
• Create, review, and prioritize maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and spare parts for planned work.
• Adjust schedules based on production demands and resource availability.
• Facilitate planning meetings with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and support procurement activities.
• Communicate planned maintenance activities and potential operational impacts.
• Track maintenance performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
