Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or technical certification in Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or maintenance coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems; Maximo preferred and SAP MES experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules.
• Prioritize schedules based on resource availability and urgent needs.
• Create and manage detailed work orders, including labor, parts, materials, and tooling.
• Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings with maintenance, engineering, and operations.
• Coordinate spare parts inventory, procurement activities, and vendor relationships.
• Communicate planned maintenance activities and submit factory impact requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and site procedures.
• Analyze maintenance performance data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support sustainability initiatives through maintenance practices that reduce energy and waste.
