Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support our facilities in Kennesaw and Smyrna, GA. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for owning the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling system.

You are part of the operations leadership team that is responsible for supporting and implementing change management and productivity improvements within the plant. The role focuses on leading maintenance standard work practices to ensure reliability, maintainability, and availability of plant

Qualifications

3+ industrial mechanical experience or two-year technical degree preferred.
Must be able to successfully complete HACCP Certification.
Must have Forklift License or able to complete required training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for MP&S Competency and CMMS utilization per Dessert Holdings standards.
Reviews incoming work orders ensuring Safety, Material, People, Tools, When & Where are included.
Maintains CMMS assets from cradle to grave including BOMs, PMS and critical spare parts.
Drives improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability.
Creates and publishes the plant maintenance work plan for the week.
Supports PM program to continually reduce unscheduled downtime.
