Job summary

Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple properties in the Pacific Northwest. This on-site role requires coordinating unit, facility, and grounds maintenance, while ensuring security systems and equipment function properly.

You will travel between Woodland, Vancouver, and Tualatin sites as needed, respond to emergencies after hours, and manage inventory and vendor relationships to maintain high facility standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience required.
• Self-storage facility experience is a plus; on-the-job learning allowed.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit maintenance on storage units (springs, hasps, seals).
• Handle facility maintenance (roofs, gutters, siding).
• Oversee groundskeeping and vendor relationships; assist with landscaping.
