AIR Communities’ Venue at Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and a service team while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, vendor management, and a focus on safety and compliance. Base pay is $30–$33 per hour with a 15% target bonus; on-site rent discount and monthly bonuses are offered, along with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance and facilities management experience in property management.
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance.
• A reliable mode of transportation is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, staff, preventative maintenance, turns, and resident requests.
• Communicate maintenance and capital needs to management and address them.
• Ensure compliance with AIR operating procedures, regulations, and EH&S requirements.
• Manage budget to maximize ROI while maintaining quality and service.
