AIR Communities maintains best-in-class apartment communities and is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Debra Metrowest in Orlando, FL. You will handle turns, resident requests, basic repairs, and routine preventative maintenance to keep homes ready for new residents.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building upkeep.
• Demonstrated proficiency in two skilled trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Strong customer service mindset and resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents while maintaining a safe, professional work environment.
• Complete apartment turns to standards and prepare homes for new move-ins.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other systems.
• Respond to resident service requests efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections when needed.
• Support vendor coordination and quality control efforts.
• Share knowledge and mentor less experienced team members when applicable.
• Perform additional maintenance duties based on community needs and seasonality.
