AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Manager for the Cortona South Tampa community in Tampa, FL. This full-time, on-site role leads a maintenance team, oversees vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in technical maintenance and 1–3 years in team leadership, with strong customer service orientation and mechanical aptitude.

Formación

• 3+ years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in property management.
• 1–3 years of leading a team in a service/maintenance environment.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a small team of direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and teammates.
• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, turnovers, and resident requests.
• Communicate maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure timely action.
• Ensure compliance with AIR operating procedures, regulations, and EH&S standards.
• Manage the budget to maximize ROI while maintaining quality and service.
