Job summary

Campus Advantage is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II to manage maintenance operations, oversee service requests, and lead the maintenance team on-site. The role emphasizes safety compliance, vendor relationships, and delivering excellent resident service.

The position requires 2+ years in maintenance supervision, strong leadership and organizational skills, and experience in multifa­mily housing. HVAC knowledge is preferred; on-site work and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; experience in student housing/multifamily industry preferred.
• HVAC, EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance, minimizing liability and ensuring curb appeal.
• Assist the Property Manager in delivering excellent customer service for residents, clients, vendors, and employees.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor service requests to the maintenance team to ensure on-time completion.
