Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II to manage on-site maintenance for a SC-based property. You will inspect facilities, lead a maintenance team, and coordinate service requests and preventive maintenance to keep the asset in excellent condition.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with 2+ years supervisory experience and HVAC/EPA credentials preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; experience in student housing/multifamily industry preferred.
• HVAC, including EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property regularly to identify problems and maintenance needs.
• Assist Property Manager in delivering excellent customer service to residents, clients, vendors, and employees.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor service requests; supervise maintenance team.
• Lead, supervise, and train new maintenance team members; manage performance.
