Job summary

Yugo, formerly Campus Advantage, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II to oversee all maintenance operations at the property. You will manage resident service requests, preventative maintenance, vendor relations, and safety compliance while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory maintenance experience, with a strong emphasis on leadership, organization, and communication. On-site work with a competitive compensation package accompanies growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; experience in student housing/multifamily industry highly preferred.
• HVAC, EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property regularly and manage maintenance needs while ensuring curb appeal.
• Assist Property Manager in delivering excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and staff.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor service requests to maintenance team for timely completion.
