Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to maintain and enhance the value of our apartment communities. You will assume Maintenance Manager responsibilities in their absence, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and compliance across the site.

You will troubleshoot a variety of issues—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more—while keeping detailed records and communicating with residents and supervisors. Opportunities for leadership and growth are available.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required.
• One year of multifamily maintenance experience preferred or equivalent training.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and update records.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate status to residents and staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry and drywall issues.
• Perform sheetrock repairs to maintain aesthetics and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
