Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years progressive administrative experience with good work history.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred; must be organized, reliable, and able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately filling and maintaining all maintenance records using the EAM system.
• Administering tire tracking system and monitoring all fluid consumption.
• Tracking and maintaining Maintenance employee attendance, vacation, and holiday records.
• Providing switchboard relief and backup for payroll.
• Performing administrative functions including typing correspondence, filing, scheduling, and other duties as assigned.
