Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive mail and scan into software; file appropriately.
• Forward mail per customer direction or discard/ shred when needed.
• Answer inbound calls and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Assist customers in person to retrieve mail.
• Maintain inventory of mail and office supplies; notify when reorders are needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
