Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a dynamic sales professional for its luxury vacation ownership audience in the Seattle area. You will present face-to-face at resort sales centers, build rapport with prospective owners, and articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.

Responsibilities include closing techniques, training participation, and meeting performance goals. The role offers comprehensive benefits and commission incentives, with a starting pay of $21.30 per hour during training

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.
• Initial Paid Training covers our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at our resorts.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners and communicate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
