Job summary

Columbus Property Management, exclusive manager of The Moinian Group’s luxury residential portfolio, seeks an on‑site Associate to join a premier Manhattan asset. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, serve as the primary resident contact, and collaborate with leasing, vendors, and management to uphold service standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in luxury property management, superb communication, and strong organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in luxury or new development property management.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Yardi experience preferred, familiarity with rent stabilization a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day property operations and ensure seamless service execution.
• Serve as a primary resident contact, delivering clear, confident, and solutions‑oriented communication.
• Support day‑to‑day property operations and processes move‑ins/outs, and system accuracy in Yardi.
• Partner cross‑functionally with leasing, vendors, and management to uphold operational standards.
• Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, billing, and compliance tracking.
