Atlas NYC Property Management, LLC, a boutique property management firm in the NYC metro area, seeks an Associate Property Manager to support the owner and managers in building operations, leasing, and financial tasks. The role offers on-site work with some remote days and a $65,000–$75,000 annual salary, with opportunities for advancement.

You’ll coordinate with boards, tenants, and vendors while maintaining compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• 18–36 months of property management or similar experience.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Working knowledge of Appfolio and MS Office/Google Docs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to NYC locations.
• Familiarity with NYC government agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Excellent communication, organization, planning and time management.
• Detail‑oriented team player able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules and property docs.

Responsibilities

• Physical Management: inspect buildings, respond to maintenance requests, supervise staff/vendors, manage invoices and budgets.
• Client Management: prepare board materials, attend board meetings, maintain minutes and monthly reports.
• Resident Management: handle tenant relations and coordinate repairs.
• Administrative Management: develop procedures, maintain files, support lease/alteration processing.
• Emergency Management: handle emergencies, be on-call, lead when Senior PM is unavailable.
