Job summary

Related Management Company in New York seeks a multi-site assistant general manager for a luxury residential portfolio. You will bridge ownership, the Board, and management with a polished, solutions-oriented approach to owner relations, financial coordination, and board engagement.

Under the Regional Manager, you’ll administer assigned condos, keep the regional office informed, and support administrative duties, vendor management, and event budgeting to enhance resident experience across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in condominium or property management, preferably in luxury settings.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including billing and variance reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to attend occasional board meetings outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between owners and the Board to foster professional relationships.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and variance explanations.
• Monitor vendor payments and ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare written communications and maintain organized records.
• Attend and actively participate in in-person board meetings.
• Support operational improvements to enhance the owner experience.
