Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items ahead of time and manage preparation to meet demand.
• Rotate and date perishables; keep buffet stocked and organized.
• Set up and maintain kitchen equipment and station cleanliness.
• Assist in minimizing food waste and controlling costs.
• Return unused items to storage with proper labeling.
