Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living at Woodcliff Lake seeks a compassionate LPN Shift Supervisor to lead a nursing/medication team in the Wellness Center during the 7am–3:30pm shift. You will oversee nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians, ensuring safe, attentive care and accurate MARs and orders.

Acting as the shift supervisor in the director's absence, you will mentor staff, uphold policies, and deliver high-quality nursing leadership in a luxury, patient-centered community.

Qualifications

• Must have active LPN license and CPR.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and medication oversight.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus.
• Able to manage ADLs and administer medications in an assisted living environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director.
• Ensure care and safety of residents; manage ADLs and medications.
• Prioritize, multitask and work independently.
