The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee a team of nurses, HHAs, and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will mentor staff and ensure safe, compassionate care for residents, including medication administration and ADLs.

As shift supervisor in the Director's absence, you will uphold policies, manage MARs and doctors' orders, and prioritize resident wellbeing with attention to detail and teamwork.

Formación

• Must have staff supervision and medication oversight experience.
• Active LPN certification required.
• Experience in assisted living, nursing home, or similar setting preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and mentor nurses, HHAs, and medication technicians.
• Lead shift in absence of Director.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications per MARs and doctors' orders.
• Ensure adherence to wellness policies.
• Prioritize care and maintain safety.

Technical/other training or better in Nursing.
