Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community.

Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications —

Qualifications

• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience.
• Active LPN certification is required.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors' orders.
• Must excel in prioritizing, multitasking and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Director of Wellness.
• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment.
• You must have an active LPN certification and be driven by a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our residents.
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Must be caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors' orders.
• It’s essential to excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking and working independently.
