• 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, logistics, or admin work.
• Experience with HubSpot, Freightview, Claude AI, or ChatGPT is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; bilingual EN/ES is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email.
• Coordinate pickups and book freight shipments using Freightview and other carrier portals.
• File freight damage and shortage claims with carriers to recover losses.
• Support the sales team by resolving post-sale issues, including damages and refrigeration equipment concerns.
• Pack, label, and process replacement parts orders for shipment.
• Keep HubSpot current with accurate customer records and pipeline activity.
• Identify gaps in sales and customer service processes to improve performance.
• Use AI-powered tools to streamline daily tasks.
