Description
Medley, FL (Fully On-Site), Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
You’re organized, dependable, and good with people. You know how to handle a ringing phone, a pile of orders that need to be shipped, and a customer who needs answers via email.
You take pride in your work, you follow through, and you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to do the right thing.
What you want is simple: a stable, full-time role at an established company where your effort moves the needle and you can grow.
That’s exactly what this job is.
Most customer service and sales support jobs treat you like a ticket queue, not a person.
The work is reactive. Nobody tells you why it matters. You handle the problems no one else wants to deal with, and when you do it well, it goes unnoticed.
That disconnect is real and it’s exactly what we’re building against at Mr. Winter.
For nearly 50 years, Mr. Winter has manufactured custom walk-in coolers and freezers to help small businesses in need of cold storage keep perishables fresh and profitable.
We proudly serve distributors who serve restaurants, bakeries, breweries, ice cream shops, convenience stores, flower shops, and many others across the country. In short, we serve the small businesses that keep America running.
Mr. Winter has grown steadily for five decades because we take care of our customers and our people.
Our team is tight-knit and proud of what they build.
We know what a great Sales Assistant looks like because we’ve worked alongside them. We also know what it takes to support someone in this role: clear expectations, real ownership, and room to grow.
You’ll report directly to the Sales Manager and work together with our sales, production, and shipping teams to learn, build relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact from day one:
Timely responses to customer service requests
Same-day processing on all parts orders received
Zero shipments missed or delayed due to coordination gaps
A HubSpot that’s clean, current, and useful to the entire team
Not everyone is built for this role. To be seriously considered, you’ll need:
Imagine starting your Monday knowing exactly what’s on your plate.
Customers call with questions and you answer them with confidence. Shipments go out on time. The sales team closes deals you helped deliver. At the end of the week, you can point to real things that moved because of you.
Over time, you build deep knowledge of the commercial refrigeration industry, an industry that’s been essential for over 100 years and isn’t going anywhere.
You grow with a team that promotes from within and rewards people who take ownership. You become a person the whole operation relies on.
That’s the job. That’s the opportunity.
